Pronkenburg B&B

 1. Reservation & Payment

•  A reservation is only final after receipt of a confirmation by e-mail.
•  Payment can be made in advance online or on site (depending on the payment options chosen).
•  Tourist tax is not included and will be mentioned separately at check-in.

 2. Cancellation & Changes

•  Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within this period or no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
•  Changes to the reservation are possible based on availability and must be requested in advance.

 3. Check-in and Check-out

•  Check-in: from 15H00 to 18H00.
• Late check-in is possible on request. Check-out: no later than 11H00. Late check-out is possible on request, is only possible if there is room availability and at an additional cost.

4. House rules

•  Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and indoor areas.
• Pets are welcome in specific rooms (on request and under certain conditions).
• Any damage to the accommodation or contents will be recovered from the responsible guest.

5. Liability

The B&B is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property.
Guests must comply with the safety regulations and instructions of the staff.
